Anti Glare Film for Curry’s PC World

Anti Glare Film is extremely popular in retail, particularly in stores with a glazed façade. Even with the best performing glass on the market, heat and glare can still be an issue. Customers and staff could be uncomfortable, or might not be able to see products due to annoying glare. Anti Glare Film, (aka Solar Film) has always been an inexpensive, quick, and simple solution to these challenges.

Curry’s PC World were facing issues with glare following their move to a new store in Blackpool. The glare was entering through the main façade, and causing discomfort for customers when near the tills. Staff were also having difficulty operating the tills as the glare was preventing them from seeing the screens.

Anti Glare Film – a simple solution

As industry leading experts in solar control, ARC Window Films installed a medium solar control window film to help reduce glare. This product reduces heat gain and glare, and gives a modern look to the glazing. This in turn reduces the use of air conditioning, and improves comfort for occupants.

Customers are now able to move around the store without being blinded by glare, and staff are able to operate their tils without issue – thanks to ARC Window Films.
